Why We Do What We Do

At HAVI, we believe that little moments matter. The ones that take place in thousands of restaurants, retail outlets, cars and homes every day around the world. Friends connecting over coffee. Children laughing over a new toy. Managers confident that they have what they need when they need it. Employees with the time and freedom to go the extra mile for a customer.

We work behind the scenes to make sure those moments happen for our customers. We connect people with ideas, data with insights, supply with demand, restaurants with deliveries and ultimately, people with the products they love. We think big and sweat the details…because we know that little moments add up to big impact and real results.

Moments Also Matter on the Job

We believe little moments matter on the job, too. Helping out an overwhelmed colleague, having a break-through on a new customer solution, volunteering as a team for a local charity, taking the time to say thanks for a job well done.

It’s those moments – combined with challenging work and the opportunity to grow – that make HAVI a great place to work.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

We believe that breakthrough ideas come from extraordinary people. And to be extraordinary, we need the freedom to be our most authentic selves. At HAVI, we value authenticity and are accepting of all people. As a company, we are a work in progress and will continue to grow and listen to new voices. Because the more voices we have in here, the more people we can reach out there.

A More Sustainable World

HAVI’s unique role across the foodservice value chain brings with it both the responsibility and the opportunity to create sustainable impact. We work to ensure our company is operating responsibly, we create sustainable solutions for our customers’ challenges, and we act as a catalyst for wider impact as we collaborate with others.

Giving Back to the Community

HAVI has long recognized the importance of giving back to the communities in which we operate. Our employees around the world contribute time and resources to a variety of global, regional and local charities and disaster relief organizations.
