She recalls the excitement and nerves she felt that day, walking into the office and meeting her future colleagues who made her feel immediately welcome. Starting as a customer service representative, Lili quickly gained hands-on experience with HAVI’s systems while building strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Her problem-solving skills and dedication helped her advance into the McDonald’s procurement team, where she managed logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations. Lili helped ensure operational processes ran smoothly while also improving her team collaboration skills—attributes that she would carry forward into each new role.

Today, Lili plays a vital role in HAVI’s finance department as an accountant. She
centralizes data, structures key financial indicators, and delivers critical insights that
inform business decisions.
Her work requires precision, focus, and a deep commitment to accuracy, preparing
monthly reports for clients while ensuring her insights align with HAVI’s high standards.
