HAVI Freight Management (HFM) has been honored with Silver Awards at the 2024 HR Excellence Awards ceremonies in Asia. In Singapore on October 11, HFM received the Silver Award for “Cross-Generational Workforce Engagement” for its proactive approach to fostering an inclusive culture across diverse age groups in the workplace. Later in Hong Kong on October 30, HFM received the “Change Leadership Strategy” award for its successful efforts in driving organizational transformation post-COVID.
Both awards reflect the key priorities of HFM’s “Reinforce the Foundation” initiative launched in 2023, which focuses on reimagining workplace dynamics and embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) into its policies and practices.
The goal is to bridge generational gaps and ensure diverse perspectives are accommodated in day-to-day decision-making, fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel psychologically safe and confident in voicing their ideas.
The Change Leadership award in Hong Kong recognizes HFM’s innovative approach to organizational change. Under “Reinforce the Foundation,” HFM has focused on reimagining the employee experience and strengthening leadership to ensure every employee can perform at their best. These achievements have been spearheaded by the collective efforts across HFM’s leadership team, guided by HAVI’s core values to “Do What’s Right” and “Think Big Together.”
These awards mark significant milestones for HFM, reinforcing its commitment to strategic workforce engagement and transformation.
