China – November 2025 — HAVI Freight Management (HFM) relocated two new offices in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, signalling a renewed commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence in South China.
The Guangzhou office, first established in 2001, has now relocated to Room #2802, C Zone, R&F Dongshan Xintiandi, No. 307 Guangzhou Da Dao, in the Zhongshan New World Building—an area adjacent to Tianhe, Guangzhou’s thriving commercial core. This move provides the team with a modern, accessible, and collaborative space that better supports both employee wellbeing and business performance.

Similarly, the Shenzhen office, which has been in operation since 2011, has transitioned to its new location at Unit 910, 9th Floor, Life Insurance Building, 1001 Fuzhong 1st Road, in the heart of Futian District. Known for its economic dynamism and connectivity, Futian represents a strategic choice that aligns with HFM’s forward-looking business ambitions in the region.
“These moves are about more than just new office space—they’re a clear reflection of our vision to deepen our roots and sharpen our focus in South China,” said Jamie Ong, Cluster People Director at HAVI. “We’ve created environments that reflect our evolving needs as a business, and more importantly, as a team.”
Each office plays a key role in supporting our client-centric operations in Asia. The Guangzhou location brings together functions from Operations, Commercial, and Finance, while the Shenzhen office serves as a core base for Operations. Both teams are central to delivering reliable, flexible logistics solutions across borders and modes—especially in a region that continues to show strong demand and opportunity.
Vice President of HFM Asia, Bernard Lim, added: “South China has long been an essential part of our regional network. With continued momentum in intermodal growth and robust client partnerships, this investment marks another important milestone in our journey. We remain fully committed to this region—not just to sustain business—but to grow with it.”
As HFM looks ahead, these new locations are more than a symbol of expansion—they represent our investment in the people and the potential of local market. We are committed to enabling progress, fostering talent, and delivering logistics excellence for years to come.
