Keeping Our Drivers Ahead

At HAVI, we are committed to helping our drivers grow professionally throughout their careers. Through long-standing partnerships with industry leaders such as Scania, we provide opportunities to learn about the latest vehicle technologies, experience new innovations firsthand and exchange best practices with colleagues from across Europe. From technical workshops to hands-on demonstrations, we continuously invest in developing the skills, knowledge and confidence that help our drivers succeed.

This commitment comes to life through unique development experiences. In 2025, 16 top-performing drivers from across Europe participated in an exclusive event at Scania’s headquarters in Sweden. Building on its success, the program expanded in 2026, bringing together 22 professional drivers for a hands-on experience focused on learning, collaboration and innovation. By investing in our people and creating opportunities to connect, learn and grow, we help our drivers stay at the forefront of their profession and build rewarding careers for the future.

Keeping Our People Connected via Mobile

Wherever our field workers work, they can always stay connected with the HAVI App, our dedicated internal communications hub. Whether it’s staying up to date with company news, chatting with colleagues, or participating in surveys to help shape company strategy, the HAVI App makes day-to-day communication simple and secure.

Since 2024, it’s been rolled out across 18 markets. With continued expansion and new features ahead, the app will be vital in strengthen connections across our global network.
